  1. Phase 1 — Daily content decisions
I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I publish on [platforms].
My audience: [who they are and what they struggle with]

Task: take every content decision for me for this week. For each day decide:
    - topic
    - format
    - platform
    - hook angle
    - core message

Give me decisions only: no options and no alternatives, just things I can execute right away.
  2. Phase 2 — Seven hooks
I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I publish on [platforms].

    This week's content decisions:
    [paste them]

My best hook, to use as the style reference:
    [paste your best hook]

Task: write one hook that stops the scroll for each day, in the same style as my reference. Seven days, seven hooks, all in one tidy list I can copy and paste before the week starts.
  3. Phase 3 — Ready-to-post captions
I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I publish on [platforms].

    This week's content decisions:
    [paste them]

    Tone reference:
    [paste an example]

Task: write a complete caption, ready to publish, for every day.

    Rules:
    - fewer than 150 words per caption
    - structure: hook first, value in the middle, call to action at the end
    - label each caption with its day and platform
  4. Phase 4 — Repurposing decisions
I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I publish on [platforms].

    This week's finished captions:
    [paste them]

Task: decide exactly which posts to repurpose, the platform each one should go to and what to change. Give one line of decision per post, so everything is settled before the week starts.
  5. Phase 5 — Comment reply templates
I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I publish on [platforms].

Optional, so the replies sound like me: [paste a few of my real replies or posts]

Task: write 10 templates I can use this week to reply to comments on my content.

    Rules:
    - mix four styles: grateful, curious, witty, and replies that keep the conversation going
    - no more than 2 lines each
    - every reply sounds exactly like me
  6. Phase 6 — Weekly review and next week's plan
I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I publish on [platforms].

This week's posts and their performance data:
    [paste them]

    Task:
    1. Tell me what worked.
    2. Tell me what to drop.
    3. Take all of next week's content decisions for me now.

The goal: every Monday starts with the plan already done and nothing left to guess.
