Create, Restructure and Present a Slide Deck in 7 Phases

Builds and polishes a presentation in seven phases: a full deck exported as PowerPoint, a story-driven structure, slides from a document, visual direction per slide, a 50% text cut, timed speaker notes and a 10-slide investor pitch with real market data.

  1. Phase 1 — Full deck from scratch
Create a presentation of [number] slides on [topic].

    - Audience: [who]
    - Goal: [persuade/inform/sell]

    Slides to include:
    1. a title slide
    2. the agenda
    3. the key points, each backed by supporting data
    4. a closing slide with the next steps

Deliver it as a PowerPoint file I can download.
  2. Phase 2 — Story-driven structure
Rebuild my presentation on [topic] following this narrative flow:
    1. a hook that grabs attention
    2. a problem the audience really feels
    3. an insight they have not thought of
    4. a solution, with proof
    5. a clear takeaway

The passage from one slide to the next must feel natural. Keep the text to a minimum.
  3. Phase 3 — Slides from a document
Attach or paste your document first.

Convert this [report/proposal/article] into a deck of [number] slides.

    Rules:
    - keep only the key insights
    - one idea per slide
    - add speaker notes to every slide so I know exactly what to say

If the document is missing, ask me for it first.
  4. Phase 4 — Visual direction for each slide
    Topic of my presentation: [topic]

Propose a visual direction for every one of its slides. Tell me:
    - where a chart works better than text, and where text is enough
    - which slides need a diagram
    - where to add icons
    - which layout suits each point best

Keep the overall look clean and modern.
  5. Phase 5 — Cut the text in half
My presentation is overloaded with text. Rewrite every slide following these rules:
    - reduce the content by 50%
    - one clear idea on each slide
    - wherever a slide holds a paragraph, shrink it to 3 words plus a suggestion for a visual

The result must be ready to present on stage, not to be read like a document.
  6. Phase 6 — Speaker notes with timing
    My presentation: [paste or upload]

For each slide, write detailed speaker notes telling me:
    - what to say
    - where to pause
    - which points to stress
    - how to move on to the next slide

Time the whole script so it fits within [minutes].

If the presentation is missing, ask me for it first.
  7. Phase 7 — Investor pitch deck with real data
Build a 10-slide pitch deck for investors for [business].

Cover: the problem, the solution, market size, traction, the business model, competition, the team, financials and the ask.

Look up real market data on the web and use it in the slides. Deliver it as a PowerPoint file.

    - aspect ratio 16:9
  2. Phase 2 — Assemble into a PowerPoint file
Input: the 8 slide images you generated, in their original order.
