  1. Phase 1 — Page audit
Role: you are a strategist who specializes in growing Instagram accounts.

Context: below is the data about my page.
    - Niche: [your niche]
    - Target audience: [who your audience is]
    - Bio as it is now: [paste your current bio]
    - Topics of my recent posts: [list the topics of your last 10-20 posts]
    - Posts that did best: [paste them, with numbers if you have them]
    - Posts that did worst: [paste them, with numbers if you have them]
    - Main goal right now: [followers / leads / sales / authority / engagement]

Task: audit the page and answer each point below under its own heading:
    1. What the page communicates today
    2. What feels confusing or too generic
    3. Which topics have the most potential
    4. Which topics I should drop
    5. What my audience most likely wants more of
    6. What the page is missing
    7. The three changes with the highest priority, to make first

Constraints: be concrete and tied to my data. No generic social media tips. If a piece of data is missing, say what you would need instead of guessing.
  2. Phase 2 — Clear positioning
Role: act as an expert in brand positioning.

Context: here is the audit of my Instagram page:
[paste the page audit from Phase 1]

Task: build a clear positioning strategy. Cover each point under its own heading:
    1. The precise audience to focus on
    2. The core problem I solve for them
    3. The outcome they are after
    4. The topics I want to be recognized for
    5. What sets this page apart
    6. A positioning statement in one sentence
    7. Five better versions of my bio
    8. One simple reason to follow the page today

Constraints: keep every answer specific and easy to grasp. Avoid vague, empty wording such as "helping you unlock your potential".
  3. Phase 3 — Content pillars
Role: you are the content strategist for my Instagram page.

    Context:
    - Niche: [your niche]
    - Audience: [who your audience is]
    - Goal: [followers / leads / sales / authority]

Task: create 5 content pillars for the page. For every pillar provide:
    - what the pillar is for
    - why it matters to my audience
    - 10 post ideas
    - the most suitable format for each idea
    - the emotional or curiosity angle
    - a call to action that fits it naturally

Mix these content types in a balanced way across the ideas: educational posts, step-by-step guides, mistakes to avoid, useful lists, relatable problems, opinion posts, personal insights, case studies.

Constraints: no repeated ideas and nothing generic.
  4. Phase 4 — 30-day posting plan
Task: build a 30-day Instagram content calendar from my content pillars.

    Inputs:
    - Content pillars: [paste your content pillars from Phase 3]
    - How much I can publish: [number of posts per week]
    - Formats I am able to produce: [carousels / reels / stories / single images / text posts]

    For each day, give:
    - topic
    - hook
    - best format
    - key points to cover
    - call to action
    - which pillar it belongs to
    - why this post is worth publishing

    Rules:
    - Balance three kinds of content: posts that bring growth, posts that build trust and posts that convert.
    - Never pad the calendar with weak ideas just to fill all 30 days.
    - After the calendar, list separately the 10 strongest ideas, ranked, so I know which to make first.
  5. Phase 5 — From one idea to a complete post
Role: you write the content for my Instagram page.

    Inputs:
    - The idea to turn into a full post: [your post idea]
    - Audience: [who your audience is]
    - Goal: [educate / grow / generate leads / sell]

    Deliver:
    1. Ten possible hooks
    2. The best of them, with the reason it works
    3. The complete caption
    4. Where it fits, the slide-by-slide carousel structure or the reel script
    5. The call to action
    6. Three story ideas that support the post
    7. A comment to pin under the post
    8. An alternative version built on a different angle

    Writing rules:
    - plain, human language
    - no robotic phrasing
    - no empty hype
    - deliver the value fast
    - easy to skim
    - no claims you cannot back up
  6. Phase 6 — Repurpose a winning post
Context: this Instagram post did well.
    Post: [paste the post]
Results: [paste views / saves / shares / comments / leads]

Task: take its core idea and turn it into each of these pieces:
    1. A reel script
    2. A carousel
    3. A short caption
    4. A sequence of stories
    5. A FAQ post
    6. A contrarian opinion post
    7. A version for beginners
    8. An advanced version
    9. A follow-up post
    10. A stronger sequel

Constraints: every piece keeps the central insight but must feel new. Do not just reword the original sentences.
  7. Phase 7 — Weekly numbers review
Role: you analyze the performance of my Instagram page.

Context: these are this week's posts. For each one I give its topic and format plus these metrics: views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, follows, profile visits, and leads and sales where available:
[paste this week's posts with their metrics]

Task: analyze the results and answer each point under its own heading:
    1. Topics that performed best
    2. Hooks that grabbed attention
    3. Formats that brought the most reach
    4. Posts with the most saves or shares
    5. Posts that produced real business results
    6. Patterns you see
    7. What to stop posting
    8. What to double down on
    9. The 10 best ideas for next week
    10. Three experiments to try next

Constraints: do not stop at a ranking. Explain why the winners worked and turn those patterns into an improved strategy.

Faceless Instagram Theme Pages as a Business, from Niche to Exit5 phasesNewInstagramPlans a business of faceless Instagram theme pages in five phases: ranking profitable niches, setting up a page built to grow, a content system run with AI, multiple income streams by follower milestone, and scaling into a portfolio you can sell.
  1. Phase 1 — Find the most profitable niches
Role: you are a strategist for Instagram growth who has built and sold more than 100 faceless theme pages, with six figures of total revenue across them.

My goal: turn faceless theme pages on Instagram into a business. Tell me which niches are the most profitable to enter at this moment.

    Deliver:
    1. The top 15 categories of faceless theme pages, ranked by how well they can be monetized. Consider: memes, motivational quotes, luxury lifestyle, wealth mindset, fitness tips, food recipes, travel destinations, pet content, fashion inspiration, home decor, satisfying videos, relationship advice, nature photography, AI art, sports highlights.
    2. For each niche:
       - the average ratio between followers and income (how much money every 10K followers bring in)
       - whether it attracts the best-paying brand deals and affiliate commissions
       - how fast it is growing organically right now
       - the strategy for sourcing content (curated, original, AI-generated, UGC or hybrid)
       - how much the page is worth when you sell it
    3. My top 3 niches, chosen so that I can reach 10K followers in 60 days and start earning straight away.
    4. How many pages I should run at the same time to maximize income.
  2. Phase 2 — Set up the page for growth
I am building a faceless Instagram theme page in this niche: [niche chosen in phase 1]

Task: set up the whole page so it grows as fast as possible from the first day. Include:
    1. A strategy for the page name, with 10 username options that are brandable, easy to search and relevant to the niche (no random numbers, no underscores).
    2. A formula for the bio that tells visitors exactly what they gain by following, with a call to action that drives clicks on the link.
    3. A strategy for the profile picture that looks professional and suits the niche without showing my face.
    4. A structure for highlight covers and stories that builds trust and keeps visitors on the page for longer.
    5. An aesthetic guide for the content: color palette, font style for the text overlays, and rules for visual consistency that make the grid look premium.
    6. A grid layout strategy (feed pattern, alternation of content types) that makes new visitors follow immediately.
    7. A system for hashtag research: 30 niche hashtags divided into 3 groups to rotate (small, medium, large), to reach as many people as possible.
    8. The exact posting frequency and the best times to publish in my niche.
    9. A launch bank of 30 posts to have ready before the very first post, so I never have to rush for content.

Goal: everything should look so polished that a visitor who lands on the page hits follow within 3 seconds.
  3. Phase 3 — Build the content system
I run a faceless theme page in this niche: [niche]

I need an endless supply of content that performs well, without spending hours producing it. Build me a complete content system that includes:
    1. 10 content format templates that keep going viral for pages without a face: quote graphics, carousel tips, "save this" infographics, before/after transformations, meme formats, slideshows on trending audio, short reels made with stock footage, text story posts, curated photo dumps, poll and question stickers.
    2. A strategy for finding and curating content from other creators ethically, with proper credit.
    3. A workflow for creating content with AI, using Canva, ChatGPT and free stock footage, that turns out 5-10 original posts a day in less than 1 hour of work.
    4. A plan for Reels with 15 concepts that can go viral and need no face on camera, built from stock video, text overlays, screen recordings and trending audio.
    5. A formula for captions that earns comments, shares and saves, the 3 signals the algorithm responds to.
    6. A batching system to produce a whole week of content in a single 2-hour session.
    7. A trend radar: how to catch, within 24 hours, the trends going viral in my niche, and use them before they reach their peak.
    8. A recycling plan: every 60-90 days, publish my top posts again for the new followers who missed them.

Goal: it should look as if I have a content team behind me, when it is only me and AI.
  4. Phase 4 — Turn followers into income
My faceless page in the [niche] niche currently has: [current followers, or "just starting"]

Task: build a complete monetization system that makes money from my followers in several ways. Include:
    1. Pricing for shoutouts and promotions: the fee to ask other pages and businesses at each follower milestone: 1K, 5K, 10K, 25K, 50K and 100K.
    2. A system for brand deals and sponsored posts, including templates for reaching out to brands in my niche, which work even below 10K followers.
    3. An affiliate marketing plan: which products and programs in my niche pay recurring commissions, and how to mention them in a natural way in my posts and stories.
    4. A digital product strategy: templates, guides, presets or resource lists for my niche, sold through the link in bio.
    5. A faceless UGC service to sell to brands, based on the skills I already apply to my own page.
    6. A strategy for Instagram Shop or product tagging, if physical products suit my niche.
    7. A framework for monetizing stories with polls, swipe-ups and daily engagement that drive affiliate clicks and product sales.
    8. A link-in-bio funnel (Stan Store, Beacons or Linktree) set up with several revenue streams in one place.
    9. The revenue math at each follower milestone: realistic monthly income from all streams combined.

Goal: every follower should contribute to my income, whether they notice it or not.
  5. Phase 5 — Scale into a portfolio and exit
I run faceless Instagram theme pages in the [niche] niche. I want to grow them into a portfolio and, in the end, sell them at a large profit.

Task: build a complete strategy for scaling and exit. Include:
    1. A plan for expanding to several pages: how to launch 3-5 pages at once in complementary niches that promote each other.
    2. A team and automation system: hiring schedulers and content curators at 3-5/hour on Fiverr or OnlineJobs.ph, so the pages keep running without my daily involvement.
    3. A playbook of growth tactics based on collaborations (S4S, cross-page promotions, engagement groups, viral giveaways) to grow followers faster on every page.
    4. A valuation formula: the price a theme page usually fetches when sold (typically 10x-30x monthly revenue).
    5. The main places to sell a page (Fameswap, PlayerUp, Social Tradia, private Facebook groups), with tips to optimize the listing.
    6. A checklist to raise the sale price before listing: clean analytics, steady growth, diversified income, engaged followers.
    7. A reinvestment strategy: sell one page and put the profit into buying or building another three.
    8. A revenue projection for the portfolio: total monthly income with 3, 5 and 10 pages running at once.
    9. A 12-month roadmap from a single page with zero followers to a portfolio that earns 5000-15,000/month, with clear exit options.

Goal: build, monetize and flip Instagram pages the way people do with digital real estate.
