## Phase 1 — Content foundation

I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I publish on [platforms].
My audience: [who they are and what they struggle with]

Task: give me:
- 5 content pillars
- 3 formats for each pillar
- one core message for each pillar

This will be the foundation of my content for the next 30 days.

## Phase 2 — 30 daily ideas

My content pillars: [paste them]

Task: give me 30 content ideas, one for each day.

Mix these formats: tutorials, carousels, hot takes, engagement posts and personal stories.

Label every idea with its pillar, its format and its platform.

## Phase 3 — A hook for every idea

My 30 content ideas: [paste them]
The style to match, taken from my best hook: [paste your best hook]

Task: write one hook for every idea that stops people scrolling, in that same style.

Rules:
- number each hook so it matches the list of ideas
- no generic openers

## Phase 4 — Ready-to-post captions

Ideas 1 to 7: [paste them]
Tone to follow: [paste an example]

Task: write a complete caption, ready to publish, for each of these ideas.

Rules:
- fewer than 150 words per caption
- the hook goes at the top, the value in the middle and the call to action at the end
- label each caption with its day and platform

## Phase 5 — Repurpose for four platforms

Finished captions for this week: [paste them]

Task: rewrite each caption for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads.

Keep the same core message, but adapt the tone and the format to each platform.

## Phase 6 — Bank of 15 CTAs

I am a creator in the [niche] niche and I offer [your service].

Task: write 15 calls to action for me, mixing five styles: direct, soft, urgency, curiosity and social proof.

Each one should be ready to drop into any of my posts over the coming month.

## Phase 7 — Final content review

All 30 pieces of content: [paste them]

Task: review the whole set in a single pass and flag:
- weak hooks
- missing calls to action
- angles that repeat
- gaps in the content mix

Finish with a list of fixes to make before I schedule everything.
