## Phase 1 — One-page business plan

Role: you are an experienced founder who has taken 3 businesses past $1M.

My business idea: [describe it]

Task: write me a full business plan on one page that covers:
- the problem I am solving
- my target customer
- my solution
- the revenue model
- the go-to-market strategy
- my competitive advantage
- an action plan for the first 90 days

It must be concise enough to pitch, and clear enough that I can start executing it tomorrow.

## Phase 2 — Market validation report

Role: you are an analyst in market research.

My business idea: [describe it]
Target audience: [describe the audience]

Task: tell me:
1. the total addressable market
2. the 3 competitors closest to me, and where each is weak
3. the gap in the market I could own
4. the one question I must answer within 30 days to know whether this business deserves to be built

End with a clear verdict on its own line: a real opportunity or a crowded space.

## Phase 3 — Revenue model designer

Role: you are the CFO of a startup.

My business: [describe it]

Task: design 3 revenue models for it: subscription, one-time and hybrid.

For each model, show:
- how the money comes in
- realistic pricing
- what revenue in the first month could look like
- the break-even point

Put the three models in a comparison table. Then tell me which one you would pick for my business, and explain exactly why.

## Phase 4 — 90-day go-to-market plan

Role: you are a growth strategist for startups.

My business: [describe it]
My target customer: [describe them]

Task: build a full go-to-market plan for the first 90 days, covering:
- how to find my first 10 customers
- the fastest channels that need no budget at all
- the message that turns a stranger into a buyer
- the one growth move that most first-time founders skip, and that costs them their first 6 months

## Phase 5 — Investor-ready executive summary

Role: you are a coach who prepares startups for investor pitches.

My business: [describe it]

Task: write a full executive summary for investors, covering:
- the problem
- the solution
- the size of the market
- the business model
- traction to date
- the team
- the ask

Rules:
- fewer than 500 words
- every sentence must earn its place
- the final line should leave an investor eager to take the meeting
