## Phase 1 — Find the problem worth solving

Task: find the 3 most underserved pain points in this niche that people keep complaining about online.

Describe each pain point with:
- the specific frustration
- who experiences it
- why the existing solutions do not solve it well

Output: a ranked list, from the strongest pain point to the weakest.

## Phase 2 — Define the ideal customer

Task: build a detailed avatar of a customer who suffers from this pain point. Make it specific and believable, not generic, and give the person a name.

Include:
- demographics
- daily frustrations
- what they have already tried
- what their dream outcome looks like
- the emotional trigger that finally makes them buy a solution

## Phase 3 — Design the core offer

Task: design a premium offer that solves this customer's core problem. It should feel like an obvious purchase for them.

Include:
1. The transformation the offer promises
2. What is included (the deliverables)
3. The format: digital, service or community
4. A pricing anchor
5. 3 objections the offer answers in advance

Output: one section per element above.

## Phase 4 — Name the business

For each name give:
- its meaning and the vibe it gives off
- why it works for this audience

Favor names that are short, easy to remember and easy to find on Google.

## Phase 5 — Write the launch post

Task: write 3 versions of a social media post that launches [business name]. Each version must take a different angle.

Every version should:
1. Open with a bold hook
2. Say who the business is for and which problem it solves
3. Reveal the offer
4. Close with a clear call to action

Voice: confident, direct and human.

Output: label each version with the angle it uses.
